The Line Service Supervisor’s primary function is to anticipate the needs of the customer and assign tasks to subordinate personnel that meet and exceed the customer’s expectation in a safe and efficient manner within timeframe of the assigned shift. Line Supervisor’s will maintain and establish a positive working relationship with all customers, while promoting a harmonious working environment for subordinate employees. Furthermore, he/she will be the point contact in charge of the facility in the absence of the Operations Manager.

- High school diploma or GED certificate.
- At least 18 years of age.
- 2 years of line service experience.
- Valid state driver’s license and meet the company’s insurability requirements.
- Aptitude for supervising staff.
- Meet Atlantic Aviation’s operations and safety training requirements.
- Consistently demonstrated good organizational and leadership skills.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent customer relations and leadership skills required.
- Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations with minimal errors.
- Flexible work schedule may include working overtime, nights, on weekends, holidays, and be on call.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts.
