Pay: Starting at $16 - $18 per hour!
Schedule: This location operates 24/7 resulting in occasional changes to shifts, therefore, requires flexible availability, including different shifts, days, overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty.

Aviation Client Services Representative Job Responsibilities
  • Client Connection: Master client interactions for seamless service and personalized attention.
  • Flight Coordination: Ensure precise flight scheduling and efficient communication.
  • Customer Care Excellence: Provide magical assistance in reservations and ground support, anticipating client needs.
Aviation Client Services Representative Job Qualifications 
  • Customer service/hospitality experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 18 years of age
  • A valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
  • Must be living in Hawaii
  • A professional appearance including grooming standards
  • Ability to pass background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug tests, receive and maintain issuance of an airport security badge, and be insurable by the company’s applicable insurance policies.
  • Ability to successfully and timely complete training programs, ability to use a computer and email, including passing computer-based training modules.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including night, holiday and weekend shifts and in various weather conditions.
  • Preferred: Three (3) to six (6) months experience and/or training in aviation, FBO, hospitality, customer service or another related field
  • Preferred: knowledge of radio procedures and protocols
