Responsibilities
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures. Work with cross-functional teams including regional finance and operations personnel to assess impact on future results.
- Prepare standard monthly reporting and ad hoc analysis for distribution to Atlantic senior management
- Evaluate complex financial information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to leadership for decision making
- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Provide analysis and assistance where needed with respect to monthly financial close
- Oversee and manage the continued development of the budgeting, financial forecasting, and operating performance review process.
- Track and forecast capital expenditures across the company to ensure that capital deployment is at targeted levels
- Assist with special projects as requested
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
- Proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP, BI, and Planning tools a plus
- Proven ability to synthesize complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- General understanding of U.S. GAAP including accruals and asset capitalization
- Ability to work flexible hours as required.
- Ability to travel periodically to remote company locations
- Capable of handling confidential company information appropriately
